NAVIGATE THROUGH MODULES AND COURSES

After logging in, instructors can navigate through the modules folders and the courses folders.

CREATE A GROUP

This tutorial will show you how create a group (class) in Electude.  This is useful because assigning content to a group means that all the students in that group will get the content.

CREATE A SUBGROUP

You will learn how to create a subgroup.   This is works well when there are multiple classes and/or multiple years in your program.  You may choose to create 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year as groups and then have separate classes in each year as subgroups.

CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND ASSIGN THEM INTO A GROUP OR SUBGROUP

You will learn how to create a student account and then how to add them to different groups (classes).

ASSIGN COURSES & MODULES TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS

This lesson will teacher instructors to assign content to individual students, as opposed to a whole class of students.

This is how to assign courses and/or modules to a student group (class).

ASSIGN LEARNING CONTENT

The Electude e-learning contains a Learning Management System so before a student can access any content, teachers must first assign learning content, such as lesson modules, to an individual student or a group of students.

The building blocks of the Electude learning content are called modules. These can be lessons, task sheets, tests, simulation exercises or self made modules. Multiple modules can be placed together in a folder to create a course.

REMOVE LEARNING CONTENT

Learn how to remove content from individual students or a group after it has been assigned.

GENERATE A REPORT ON GROUP RESULTS

Learn how to sort group results and generate a report.

CREATE A GROUP

This tutorial will show you how create a group (class) in Electude.  This is useful because assigning content to a group means that all the students in that group will get the content.

A group can be a class or department.  Students can change classes or take multiple classes.  Learn how you can switch them from one group or subgroup to another group.  

MOVE UNASSIGNED STUDENTS TO ACTIVE TO STUDENT GROUPS

Learn how to move an unassigned student into an active student group so that they can access content.

UNLOCKING TESTS

Instructors can unlock tests for a student group or individual student when they are ready for the students to use the modules.

EMAIL STUDENTS FROM WITHIN THE LMS

Learn how to email your students via the student group folder.
